During Winter months, when snow is on the ground, all one needs is to call the fire department and give the information as to where you are going to burn. No permit is required when snow is on the ground.

5. Unvented space heaters and heaters. This covers the kerosene heaters, LP gas unvented heaters and the natural gas unvented heaters. Permit shall be obtained first before a unit may be purchased.

The fee structure is as follows: $10.00 for any work under $2,000.00 and $9.00 per thousand thereafter.
